Recipe for semolina porridge with peanuts

Here is a recipe for semolina porridge with peanuts:

Ingredients:

1 cup semolina
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup peanuts (preferably fried without salt)
2-3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of oil (optional)

Instructions:

Preparation of ingredients: Measure semolina, milk. Prepare the peanuts, if possible, ridding it of the skin.

Roasting peanuts: In a deep frying pan or in a dry frying pan, fry the peanuts over medium heat until fragrant and golden. Beware of overcooking. After roasting, chop the peanuts (you can use a mill or a knife).

Boil the milk: In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt.

Adding semolina: Gradually pour semolina into boiling milk, stirring constantly to avoid the formation of lumps.

Cooking: Reduce the heat to low and cook the porridge, stirring, until it thickens (usually 3-5 minutes).

Adding sugar, peanuts and butter: Add sugar to taste. Then add the chopped peanuts and butter. Mix thoroughly.

Serving: Pour the porridge into bowls.

Serve hot: Porridge with peanuts is ready to serve. Serve immediately while the porridge is warm.
